Do you just pop out the back and insert the picture and you're ready to go? A: Yes, they are exactly that easy! The bracelets are already assembled, the little acetate/shiny clear covers are already IN the frames. You just get a safety pin edge or edge of your tweezers (or even just the corner of a piece of scotch tape) to lift out the acetate cover. You can lay your acetate cover directly over your image and cut around it (use the cover as a template) for a perfect fit. Then, load, snap them back into place. Q: In the "simple instructions" does it tell you how to get the photos small enough to go in the charms? Thanks, J A: I always just use the acetate covers provided, place over my photos, and trim to fit. You'll want a closeup - this usually does the trick. The windows are about the size of an index print, so you can always work with the index prints that come from your photo lab.
