A. The promo code box SHOULD appear when you hit the checkout page, (page after cart) on the left-hand side in the first box where it asks for your e-mail and password. If you’re using PayPal express payment method, it may skip that step. If so, just e-us - we'll apply your savings or promo code in the form of a refund.
